Detail Itinerary of Langtang Heli Tour

At 6:30 a.m. – Pick up from hotel/ airport
Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel if you are already in Nepal. If you are just landing in Nepal then we will pick you up at the airport and transfer you to the domestic terminal of Tribhuwan International airport in Kathmandu

At 7:00 a.m. – At the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport
At around 7:00 a.m. we reach the domestic terminal of Kathmandu airport. As we reach the domestic terminal of the airport, you can head ahead for boarding.  

At 8:00 a.m. – Fly to Langtang region
Langtang Heli Tour begins at around 8:00 a.m. The flight takes you north from Kathmandu city towards the Langtang region. We pass beautiful landscapes on a helicopter towards the Langtang valley. We can enjoy some impressive views of mountains, forests and villages as we fly over the region. At around 8:30 a.m. we land at the Kyanjin gompa

At 8:30 a.m. – Land at Kyanjin gompa
After half an hour in air, we land at Kyanjin gompa at an altitude of 3730 meters. We explore the monastery and walk towards local cheese factory in Langtang. We can taste some pure yak cheese and buy some if interested. Interacting with locals in the backdrop of beautiful Langtang range, a walk along the valley is truly an insightful experience.. 

9:00 a.m. – Fly back to Kathmandu
After few minutes of exploration, we jump into the helicopter and fly back to Kathmandu. On the way back we can enjoy some striking views of Gosaikunda Lake along with other lakes and glaciers in Langtang region. in this way, we conclude our Langtang Heli Tour.
